CCTV drain survey and replaced underground drain pipe.
The original CCTV drain survey showed a section of pipe was holding water due to sagging. The pipe was below a block driveway at the front of the property. The crew who did the replacement were prompt and did a great job - you could hardly tell they had been there after they left. During the work they discussed with me what had been done and how long was left. Excavating the drain showed a pipe had been missed in the original survey so they came back and re-did the whole CCTV and presented a new report - they could easily have not told me - couldn't be happier.

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
