Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. We got Happy Drains from a Checkatrade leaflet and online. The engineer came within three hours of us ringing for someone to help us. He cleared the blockage and also jet sprayed back up the drain towards the house, as well as the drain area. The drain is all running well again, and has had it's best service ever!

Cleared out a blocked interceptor trap
I called Happy Drains just before midday and their plumber reached me within an hour. He did an extremely thorough job (far more thorough than the last firm which I had to call out a couple of months ago) and left the drain flowing freely. There was an additional problem with a drain on the patio, which only became apparent when the interceptor trap had been unblocked, and he sorted that out too. Excellent work. Hopefully I won't need to use Happy Drains again; but I would certainly recommend them to anybody with a drain blockage.

I called them early afternoon and they were there in a matter of hours. My new tenants had moved in and it appears that the previous tenant had been pouring fat down the sink causing a blockage that couldn't be plunged or cleared with unblocker. "The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
