After an initial issue when engineer came and failed to sort the problem, Jane was very helpful arranging a different engineer who was very professional, unblocked drainage again and fixed the cause of the blocking. Very professional, despite it being very difficult to unblock as it was a very bad blockage from build up on old pipes. The man (unsure of his name) ensured that the drain was fully unblocked even though it took around an hour and a half.
