Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. I love the garden shrubs but their roots seek out the moisture in the drains and it required several visits to clear the worst blockage, conduct a camera survey, drill out the more serious root blockages and finally repair a crack. I obtained an appointment quickly. Happy Drains provided a thorough detailed report with many photos. When I telephoned to discuss the report, William went to great lengths to explain the findings of the report in layman' s terms which helped me make an informed decision as to the next steps to be taken. William also went on to discuss other non related general drainage issues re pipe ownership and water undertakers which were out of the remit of the survey. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he must have spent at least 30 minutes on the phone to me.
