Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. As he had to walk through the living room to access the garden and the drain he took off his shoes so as not to mark the carpet , which I thought was very considerate and thoughtful of him . I phoned in the morning to report the problem and the woman in the call centre gave me a time slot between 2pm to 5pm. The contracted drain engineer (Tom) phoned me when he was 30 mins away which was a great help. He was polite, very tidy and got it fixed so fast! No messing about or dragging the job out, just born in with it and put my mind at ease when he said the other drains all seemed fine. Was great to have a chat with him not just about drains lol! Top guy and would want him to attend again if ever we needed help!

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
