As he had to walk through the living room to access the garden and the drain he took off his shoes so as not to mark the carpet , which I thought was very considerate and thoughtful of him . I phoned in the morning to report the problem and the woman in the call centre gave me a time slot between 2pm to 5pm. The contracted drain engineer (Tom) phoned me when he was 30 mins away which was a great help. He was polite, very tidy and got it fixed so fast! No messing about or dragging the job out, just born in with it and put my mind at ease when he said the other drains all seemed fine. Was great to have a chat with him not just about drains lol! Top guy and would want him to attend again if ever we needed help!
