Blocked drain

"Amazing service. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. I don't have his name but the young man who came took well over 2 hours to fix our problem which had accumulated over 40 years. He kept everything tidy, was courteous and professional and just when I thought we were going to be left with a major problem his persistence & experience saved the day. "

Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.

"Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. Friendly, prompt service on the phone, same again when the fella turned up. Done in 10 minutes. Didn't have to pay him then and there, but instead was issued online invoice and link to super-simple payment procedure. Brilliant. Highly recommended; will definitely use them again - just hope I won't have to! "

Kitchen drain not clearing outside.

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
