He was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He offered great advice, and options for the repairs, and he prioritised them. When I received the full interactive report, I was amazed at the clarity of the cctv drain footage, and the ability to understand and physically see the stages at where the repairs were recommended in the sewer system.
