Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. NOT ALL HERO'S WEAR A CAPE!! Brendan doesn't wear a cape but was our hero! Quoted £90 plus vat, and after he finished i'd Have paid 3x that. I felt he went above and beyond, didn't stop when I thought he had tried everything, suggesting that we may need to call Thames water. After a trip to a neighbours garden to lift and unblock their drain the problem was sorted! Cleaned up all the mess after, couldn't have been nicer, and refused to take a very well earned tip! I phoned up late morning to try to book someone to come and look at our drain outside our kitchen door, and was amazed when I was told that someone would be able to come that same afternoon. I was given a 2 hour window and the tradesman (Wayne) also phoned up while on the way to give a more accurate estimate. When Wayne arrived it took him all of 10 minutes to scope out and unblock the drain. Overall I was very pleased with the service from Happy Drains - you can't get much better than a same day service!
