Blocked pipe leading from washing machine meant it emptied water all over the floor. I rang for appointment at 9.30 and by 2.30 the guys had been and fixed it. They had to take the main drains cover off and drill "upwards". I never knew you could get fatballs from using fabric conditioner! Utterly lovely guys. Great Service. Great price. In fact, to quote Mary Poppins - Practically Perfect in Every Way. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

The gentleman that came was very friendly, he called me to say he was going to be a little late as he got held up, brownie points.
