Both drainage experts arrived in the time allotted, and on inspection agreed that the drain was blocked. They also kindly inspected all the drains to the property physically and with a camera. It took three flushes to dislodge the old flange and managed to hook it out and replace the connections to the wc, cleaning up and making sure it was not leaking.
