Noticed we had waste water coming up through a manhole, called Happydrains who arranged for someone to attend within 48hrs which was fantastic. Engineer called when he was on his way, he was very professional and talked me through what he was going to do. Blocked pipe leading from washing machine meant it emptied water all over the floor. I rang for appointment at 9.30 and by 2.30 the guys had been and fixed it. They had to take the main drains cover off and drill "upwards". I never knew you could get fatballs from using fabric conditioner! Utterly lovely guys. Great Service. Great price. In fact, to quote Mary Poppins - Practically Perfect in Every Way. Would HIGHLY recommend them.

"Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. What more can you ask!!"
