The drains under the front garden, like the house they serve, are not far short of one hundred years old, and so it's no surprise that they've recently required attention. I love the garden shrubs but their roots seek out the moisture in the drains and it required several visits to clear the worst blockage, conduct a camera survey, drill out the more serious root blockages and finally repair a crack. I was impressed with the care taken, the detail of the survey, the clarity of the reports and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff who visited on each occasion.

Drainage survey before I purchased a house.
I obtained an appointment quickly. Happy Drains provided a thorough detailed report with many photos. When I telephoned to discuss the report, William went to great lengths to explain the findings of the report in layman' s terms which helped me make an informed decision as to the next steps to be taken. William also went on to discuss other non related general drainage issues re pipe ownership and water undertakers which were out of the remit of the survey. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he must have spent at least 30 minutes on the phone to me.
