I called them at 10.30am to request a visit to sort out a blocked toilet system at my daughters place and the Engineer arrived at 3.00pm (within the time slot initially given). Within minutes he (Luke) had identified the issue and not long after, the blockage was cleared and a working toilet was restored. I would recommend these guys to anyone seeking a prompt service, provided by people who know exactly what they're doing."

"We had a drain which had got progressively blocked over a week, with a complete blockage over the weekend. Found Happy Drains via a Google search and on the Sunday morning, requested a booking for the Monday via their online form. Monday am I get a call from their office to book the job in, 30mins later they arrive and have the problem sorted and advise me how best to avoid the same problem in the future.
