Unblocking of drain/sewage pipe
The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

I phoned in the morning to report the problem and the woman in the call centre gave me a time slot between 2pm to 5pm. The contracted drain engineer (Tom) phoned me when he was 30 mins away which was a great help. He was polite, very tidy and got it fixed so fast! No messing about or dragging the job out, just born in with it and put my mind at ease when he said the other drains all seemed fine. Was great to have a chat with him not just about drains lol!
