Blocked washing machine drain

"Blocked pipe leading from washing machine meant it emptied water all over the floor. I rang for appointment at 9.30 and by 2.30 the guys had been and fixed it. They had to take the main drains cover off and drill "upwards". I never knew you could get fatballs from using fabric conditioner! Utterly lovely guys. Great Service. Great price. In fact, to quote Mary Poppins - Practically Perfect in Every Way. Would HIGHLY recommend them."

Clearance of waste pipe caused by roots.

"Took time to listen to my tales of woe. Understood my babbling explanation and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it quickly, efficiently and left no mess. Just so so pleased. It is very rare I leave a comment but this man knows his stuff and gets a huge shout out from me. Note for doubters. He is not related to me and I have never met him before."

He had cameras and jets which where needed for this job as it was a little more complicated than the usual blocked sink. Although a difficult job Aaron was great. He was determined not to be beaten and to find a way to get the job done. I will definitely use Happy Drains again especially if all the engineers are as tenacious as Aaron."
