When I phoned I spoke to someone who was very helpful, promised to speak to an engineer and call me back within 20 minutes, which they did. I was told they could come out that same day, which was great as a blocked pipe is so much hassle. Was called prior to engineer arriving with a time, which they arrived within and they did an excellent job, very polite, professional and friendly. The Gentlemen from Happy Drains, are first class! They power washed the drains found the faults, prepared CD evidence of damage. Repaired drains using fibre glass inserts, no need for digging up and replacing damaged drains due to tree roots and fractured Victorian clay drains. The whole job which was over 12 metres took No More than 5 hours from start to finish. I was informed of all works and it was carried out to the very highest standard.
