I had a soakaway that was completely silted up and hadn't been cleared for 26 years to my knowledge, I wasn't even sure it could be cleared. They came at the agreed time and managed to clear half, they then ran out or water as it was so blocked! They re-filled, came back and cleared the rest. Really great service and a friendly team.
