Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

Blocked drain in kitchen in a third floor apartment
The kitchen sink was blocked and when the washing machine discharged its contents the sink then overflowed! So urgent help needed. They were open after hours for emergency requests. The late night visit which we had anticipated did not happen, however on following up in the morning, they quickly dispatched someone to the property and sorted the problem for a pre-agreed fixed fee. The office reception or deployment was actually good and friendly and had a can-do attitude. The guy turning up struggled a bit with directions but communicated until he arrived.
