I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along. This wasn't the most pleasant of tasks but throughout, our engineer got stuck in, owned and resolved the problem. Aside from being very competent, he was very easy to work with and remain remarkably positive - it's often hard to find good trades people, but those that are deserve recommending.
