This wasn't the most pleasant of tasks but throughout, our engineer got stuck in, owned and resolved the problem. Aside from being very competent, he was very easy to work with and remain remarkably positive - it's often hard to find good trades people, but those that are deserve recommending. The service desk was also particularly helpful as we changed dates/times and they made our life easy.
