I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. This wasn't the most pleasant of tasks but throughout, our engineer got stuck in, owned and resolved the problem. Aside from being very competent, he was very easy to work with and remain remarkably positive - it's often hard to find good trades people, but those that are deserve recommending. WE had a smelly drain from when the drain temporarily blocked. We called another well known company who said a cap needed replacing and it would cost over £1000. Happy drains came to review and by then the smell had gone. They took a careful look and said the drain was now running fine and having a cap would actually stop jet clearance in the future so advised against it for the time being.
