I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made. Hope not to need this service again but if I do would Happily use Happy drains again."

I was kept in touch with photos and any recommendations for the future which I could actually 'talk' with someone to discuss this. The office/booking team (Emily) extremely efficient and friendly.
