The drain specialist arrived within an hour and a half of my telephone call to request the unblocking of an overflowing drain. He was polite and practical and best of all very efficient. He demonstrated out that the blockage had evidently been partially caused by wet wipes presumably disposed of by my neighbour into our shared drain.
