A call back 10 minutes later to confirm when the engineer could attend (on a Saturday of the May bank holiday weekend). He turned up on time, was nice, neat, tidy and efficient. Checked that I was happy with the work. Talked me through scenarios in case anything else happened and the bill turned up at the agreed price on the Monday morning which I was very happy to settle immediately. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
