I had blocked wastes leading from bathroom and found that sandy gravel was blocking the drain at its outlet into the inspection chamber. Didn't know the cause or how far back it went so called happy drains. They could have come out that day but I had to go out so arranged for the following AM. Got a prompt call next day to say on their way. Two chaps duly turned up. Friendly, polite, efficiently and quickly cleared the blockage, flushed the pipes, put a camera up to check no other issues and reassured me that all was otherwise well. Think the cause was rats so no costly building works. Pleased.
