He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Didn't know the cause or how far back it went so called happy drains. They could have come out that day but I had to go out so arranged for the following AM.
