He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Very happy with their service and professionalism (given dealing with these sorts of issues can be a minefield of distrust).

Called Happy Drains as couldn't unblock my drain with my rods. The guy came and connected his jet wash to my hosepipe and sprayed the jet along the pipe with immediate effect! I had blocked wastes leading from bathroom and found that sandy gravel was blocking the drain at its outlet into the inspection chamber. Didn't know the cause or how far back it went so called happy drains. They could have come out that day but I had to go out so arranged for the following AM. Got a prompt call next day to say on their way. Two chaps duly turned up. Friendly, polite, efficiently and quickly cleared the blockage, flushed the pipes, put a camera up to check no other issues and reassured me that all was otherwise well. Think the cause was rats so no costly building works. Pleased.
