Backwashed to clear a soak-away that was back upped with sand and silt from a neighbours recent roof jet wash (!) Did as much as possible under circumstances, tidied up afterwards. I tried three times to get an appointment to stick. First one cancelled at short notice due to camera problem. Second didn't turn up at all but found out later it was due to a medical emergency (drugged up lad found behind van). Third time booked for "first appointment of the day" as I wasn't going to hang around all morning/afternoon again, and he turned up 90 mins after the time I thought I had agreed as a "second appointment of the day". I complained and the resolution of the complaint could not have been faulted - it was dealt with generously and promptly with effusive apologies. A++

On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
