Second didn't turn up at all but found out later it was due to a medical emergency (drugged up lad found behind van). Third time booked for "first appointment of the day" as I wasn't going to hang around all morning/afternoon again, and he turned up 90 mins after the time I thought I had agreed as a "second appointment of the day". I complained and the resolution of the complaint could not have been faulted - it was dealt with generously and promptly with effusive apologies. A++
