From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. They had to open an access on the laundry and charged a reasonable amount to do that. Very happy and would call them again!

I tried three times to get an appointment to stick. First one cancelled at short notice due to camera problem. Second didn't turn up at all but found out later it was due to a medical emergency (drugged up lad found behind van). Third time booked for "first appointment of the day" as I wasn't going to hang around all morning/afternoon again, and he turned up 90 mins after the time I thought I had agreed as a "second appointment of the day". I complained and the resolution of the complaint could not have been faulted - it was dealt with generously and promptly with effusive apologies. A++
