Bath Sink/Pipe Issue
Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!

The engineer arrived on time and was polite and helpful. We discussed the problem and by the time I had made him a cuppa he was well under way with clearing the blockage. The job was completed, the area left tidy and after a shake of hands the engineer departed. Sadly I have been ripped off in the past with drain companies who force unwanted services on you and charge high prices i.E. CCTV surveys. Happy Drains did none of this, I was given a fixed price, the work was done and that is what I paid.

Clear blockage in sink/bath drainage pipework
I had a nearly complete sink/bath drainage blockage which I was unable to clear using metal flexible rod as the blockage too far down the pipe. I was fortunate Happy Drains were able to attend within a few hours and although the operator said he would normally require the side of the bath off to clear the blockage he instead said he would try and suck the debris out as the bath side is fully tiled and would require dismantling. His efforts were successful and the blockage cleared.
