Had a blocked down pipe that was causing gutter water to back up. Called Happy Drains on Friday afternoon and they sent someone out on Monday morning. Guy called (Think it was Alex) called half hr before arriving. Polite and explained what he would be doing. Took some time to remove the blockage but was successful.
