The initial telephonic contact was friendly and helpful, and the appointment made for the next available working day. When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. This pipe and drain had been giving us issues since we moved into the house last May. I would gladly recommend this company to others

Pressure clear a drainage duct
The two guys that did this work went out of their way to resolve the issue. The drainage duct had an unknown history; I didn't know where it went. With a camera inspection and a LOT of inspection work they resolved it and cleared the obstruction. I was dreading the bill thinking there's going to be a twist but no. Price quoted was price paid. Checked drain, tried to unblock manually but no good so used high pressure hose, cleared blockage and left clean and tidy. This all took just over an hour. Very efficient, polite and cheerful, even though it was towards 7pm by the time they packed their gear away.
