The initial telephonic contact was friendly and helpful, and the appointment made for the next available working day. When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. This pipe and drain had been giving us issues since we moved into the house last May. I would gladly recommend this company to others

The two guys that did this work went out of their way to resolve the issue. The drainage duct had an unknown history; I didn't know where it went.
