Bath Sink/Pipe Issue
Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well. What more can you ask!!

I rang Happy Drains at 8:45am on a Monday morning to say I had a blocked and very smelly drain in the bathroom sink. They sent someone out who arrived at 11am - he unblocked the sink, checked the shower and toilet in the same bathroom, took photographs and cleaned everything perfectly. Removing a problematic drain trap
Had Happy Drains out to fix a sewer line trap that was blocking regularly and causing us much grief. It took a couple of goes to diagnose the issue, but then we got a very reasonable quote compared with other providers. The job involved lifting our garden paving and digging up the soil to remove the trap. On the day, the team were very courteous, explained everything (in detail . . .), and left the area clean and tidy - also going above and beyond by fixing some other minor problems. It's too soon to say if the drain issue is fixed forever, but I was delighted with the service as received.
