I rang Happy Drains at 8:45am on a Monday morning to say I had a blocked and very smelly drain in the bathroom sink. They sent someone out who arrived at 11am - he unblocked the sink, checked the shower and toilet in the same bathroom, took photographs and cleaned everything perfectly. The kitchen sink was blocked and when the washing machine discharged its contents the sink then overflowed! So urgent help needed. They were open after hours for emergency requests. The late night visit which we had anticipated did not happen, however on following up in the morning, they quickly dispatched someone to the property and sorted the problem for a pre-agreed fixed fee. The office reception or deployment was actually good and friendly and had a can-do attitude. The guy turning up struggled a bit with directions but communicated until he arrived.
