I booked over the phone on a thursday afternoon . Got called back next day on the friday and was offered a saturday appointment but chose the Monday. I received a call monday am and the operator arrived within 30 minutes. They found a blocked drain that was jetted out and hoovered out the kitchen drain. The job was left neat and tidy and cleared. With some difficulty lifted he the cover and found a tree root had intruded causing the blockage. This was quickly cleared and a healthy flow restored.
