I called about a rainwater drain above a flat roof terrace that was leaking on our kitchen ceiling. Before discovering this company, I have to confess to arranging a visit from an engineer from a more commonly known company, who not only turned up late, but was not happy about doing the job anyway as the offending gully was located in a garden lounge. "The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!"
