I called about a rainwater drain above a flat roof terrace that was leaking on our kitchen ceiling. Before discovering this company, I have to confess to arranging a visit from an engineer from a more commonly known company, who not only turned up late, but was not happy about doing the job anyway as the offending gully was located in a garden lounge. He said he had run out of time anyway and left without attempting the merest operation. I then discovered Happy Drains, who turned up when stated and completed the job within 15 minutes.
