Happy Drains responded promptly to my request to clear the blocked downstairs WC. Operative came the next morning and went straight to the inspection cover outside. With some difficulty lifted he the cover and found a tree root had intruded causing the blockage. This was quickly cleared and a healthy flow restored. Thanks to their quick and effective response a problem with waste drainage from the whole house was averted. The operative was helpful and the administration of the job efficient.
