Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. Top class from start to finish. I rang at around 09.30 about a blocked drain outside the kitchen of our house and it was cleared by 11.30. The lady who answered the phone called me straight back after checking availability and gave me a booking time of 11.00-12.00 - luckily we were en route for one of the engineers. Got a call from the engineer around 10.15 to say he would be here at 11.00 and he was. He was friendly, efficient, very respectful of social distancing and had the drain cleared very quickly, tidying up thoroughly before he left. Online payment easy and receipt emailed. Awesome!
