So happy with the service! We had a blocked kitchen sink and the guys came and unblocked it swiftly. I called early afternoon and they arrived within a couple of hours. The kitchen sink was blocked and when the washing machine discharged its contents the sink then overflowed! So urgent help needed. They were open after hours for emergency requests. The late night visit which we had anticipated did not happen, however on following up in the morning, they quickly dispatched someone to the property and sorted the problem for a pre-agreed fixed fee. The office reception or deployment was actually good and friendly and had a can-do attitude. The guy turning up struggled a bit with directions but communicated until he arrived. I would use them again.
