I called about a rainwater drain above a flat roof terrace that was leaking on our kitchen ceiling. Will was extremely helpful, giving advice regarding what we could do to help solve the issue without having to call someone out. I came one afternoon and noticed that my driveway was full of toilet paper coming from a very blocked drain. On the day I got a call from Brendan to say he would be with me within half an hour which he duly was. Brendan was extremely polite and courteous and got on with the job in hand. The blocked drain issue was resolved and all the remnants of the blockage were tidied away. Before discovering this company, I have to confess to arranging a visit from an engineer from a more commonly known company, who not only turned up late, but was not happy about doing the job anyway as the offending gully was located in a garden lounge. He said he had run out of time anyway and left without attempting the merest operation. I then discovered Happy Drains, who turned up when stated and completed the job within 15 minutes. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
