It was a tricky job because the blockage was in the underground piping and the manhole cover which needed to be accessed in order to clear the blockage had been paved over. However your contractor was able to clear the blockage from inside by cutting through and replacing piping underneath the kitchen sink. This avoided a major disturbance.

There was a bit of a mix up over the booking so it happened later than intended but it fitted in with us. It was urgent but not dire. Good customer service in getting it sorted. The actual work was very quick and efficient using a grenade to unblock the drain. A spinner was then used to scour out the pipe at high pressure to try and avoid any repetition. The spinner is powerful enough to cut through protruding roots. Good advice given by Harry and I would definitely use them again.

Guy called (Think it was Alex) called half hr before arriving. Polite and explained what he would be doing. Took some time to remove the blockage but was successful. Great service, good advice including advising me we have a shared drain which serves several other properties which isn't ideal. Feeling of relief when drain emptied!!
