I called them at 10.30am to request a visit to sort out a blocked toilet system at my daughters place and the Engineer arrived at 3.00pm (within the time slot initially given). Within minutes he (Luke) had identified the issue and not long after, the blockage was cleared and a working toilet was restored. "Couldn't not fault Happy Drains. I put out a job request on check a trade on a Friday night around 11:00pm Saturday morning had a call back from the office . They would have come out same day but my choice to wait until Monday. The pricing was fixed so no hidden costs and I was made aware before the job was done. Incredibly helpful

"Just moved into new home &found drains blocked. Water company said couldn't come out for 3-5 days, - too long if you can't use the loo! Left message for Gary. Even though it was Sunday, he called back really quickly and talked us through what problem might be, reassured us we'd be okay overnight, and if the water company still wasn't able to attend, he'd come out Monday to fix things. Thankfully, water company engineer very helpfully appeared at 6pm and cleared things. Gary called back early Monday to check on us, and was again so helpful. Couldn't ask for someone more helpful!"
