Both drainage experts arrived in the time allotted, and on inspection agreed that the drain was blocked. They also kindly inspected all the drains to the property physically and with a camera. It took three flushes to dislodge the old flange and managed to hook it out and replace the connections to the wc, cleaning up and making sure it was not leaking. Both work and cleanliness was to be commended. Well done!

We had an excellent experience with Happy Drains. We called in very worried about an overflowing gully, they sent a specialist over the next morning and he fixed our problem with no fuss even though it was not completely straightforward. He took initiative and solved the problem. He notified the sewer company as well who came just two days later to fix things on their end. (Though as far as our issue went it was already fixed on day 1!) it took less than an hour and we're very happy with the result! Smooth and professional process throughout, we would highly recommend them.
