"Wow what a great service! Messaged Happy drains at about 6pm, an engineer was round about 9.30am the following morning. He identified the problem quickly, cleared it out and implemented a solution to stop it happening again. Cost was very reasonable and as quoted. Very courteous and Knowledgeable engineer. Would 100% recommend Happy Drains."

"Tommy was excellent. Rang and got a same day appointment. Phoned ahead to confirm arrival time. Unlocked the drain quickly with a rod but followed up by jetting the drain to make sure it was entirely clear. Provided a number of good tips on how to avoid future blockage. Tommy was polite friendly and very efficient."

"Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. Friendly, prompt service on the phone, same again when the fella turned up. Done in 10 minutes. Didn't have to pay him then and there, but instead was issued online invoice and link to super-simple payment procedure. Brilliant. Highly recommended; will definitely use them again - just hope I won't have to! "

Unblock an outside pipe

"Unfortunately the pipe was blocked with concrete which appears to have happened when the garden fence was erected. However, the tradesman wrote the reason it was blocked on the invoice which helped when I contacted the tradesmen who erected the fence."
