Called Happy Drains about 9am as my ensuite toilet was blocked which was the only working toilet at the time. They advised that someone could be with me between 10am and 12noon. Two guys arrived just after 12 and went to work straight away to clear the blockage, which they did quickly, cleanly and professionally. Based on this I would use Happy Drains again.

From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
