Slow draining bath
The bath in our house has been very slow draining ever since we moved in. I contacted Happy Drains, they booked me in the same day with a PM time slot. They were good as their word and arrived on time. The chap who arrived was pleasant and polite and got straight to work. At one point the house stunk with whatever he removed or flushed away. He later told me hair and general waste from a plug and I know it had probably been there for years. They did what they could and the drainage has improved and smells a lot better now. Let bathroom was left in a clean state. I am happy to recommend them.

Tony did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. Not only did he unblock the wastewater drain he cleaned the other drains as well and unbeknownst to us our downstairs toilet drain was almost blocked as well so he saved us on a future problem as well. He also gave some great advice on how to care for the drain and ensure we don't have any damp issues in the future from the way the runoff works. I was also very impressed by how quickly Happ Drains got to us and resolved out issue following correct social distancing processes and could not recommend them more.

I had been incorrectly advised that I had a problem with the drains in our extension. It turned out that the drains were not the issue. The Happy Drains operative (I forget his name - sorry) came round and instead of just inspecting the drains, he investigated the problem and discovered the actual fault, which he then proceeded to fix. Very friendly service, in my opinion, went well over and above what was expected. If all the Happy Drains staff are like the guy that visited me, then you'll be in safe hands.

He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage.
