The tradesman who visited was clear in explaining what was required and the work that was carried out after he'd completed it. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"

"From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I knew immediately upfront what the cost would be and how much extra if a Saturday call out was needed. I was kept informed by phone and email and received a call from the engineers 30 mins prior to arrival. They very quickly identified and cleared the problem clearing up any slight mess they made. Hope not to need this service again but if I do would Happily use Happy drains again."
