They came as soon as possible and when the engineer was running late he kept me informed and apologised for his late arrival. My gardener was working that day and was able to assist in the lifting of slabs which definitely helped shorten the time spent on the job. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Very happy with their service and professionalism (given dealing with these sorts of issues can be a minefield of distrust)."
