Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. Phone was answered quickly when I rang up and explained the problem. I was called back pretty quickly with an estimated arrival time of between 11 and 3, in fact help arrived before 11. The problem was explained and assessed, and work began straight away. It took about 15 minutes or so and I was shown water draining from sink into manhole, blockage removed!
